2. Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel appears for the intervenor. According to us, the intervention application can be allowed and it is consequently allowed. So far as rest of the reliefs in the

MCA/743/2019 intervention application are concerned, they can be considered in the main petition. The intervention application is accordingly disposed of.

3. The Registry to carry out necessary amendment to indicate the applicants as intervenors in the petition.
