2. This is an Application for condonation of delay of 153 days in filing the Civil Revision Application thereby challenging the order dated 01.03.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) thereby refusing to register the Civil Revision Application since the objections were not cleared.

3. For the reasons disclosed in the present Application, which is supported by an affidavit, the delay stands condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application to be registered.
