Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and briefly considering the opinion of the respondent nos.1 and 2 and the explanation of respondent no.3-Child Welfare Committee(CWC) and also hearing the learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent no.4 and after considering the nature of the order, I am of the opinion that it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move an application before the Child Welfare Committee for the reliefs they

9-CRA-9-2022.DOC intend to seek. In any case, there are no reasons set out in the impugned order dated 28 June 2022. Accordingly, the applicants are at liberty to make an appropriate application to the Child Welfare Committee, which shall consider the applicants' application on its own merits and in accordance with the law and decide the same without being influenced by the impugned order dated 28 June 2022. 2.

Needless to observe that all parties including the respondent nos.1 and 2 shall be afforded an opportunity of a hearing in deciding such application.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with the above directions. All contentions of all the parties are left open. 4.

Mrs. Agni, learned Senior Counsel states that such an application will be filed within two weeks from today. Let the same be decided within two weeks from the date of receipt of said application. G. S. KULKARNI,J.
