This Appeal was admitted in the year 2012 on the substantial questions of law. A stay was also granted on 5 th September 2012, staying execution of the decree. The decree was for eviction of the Appellants from the suit premises and also injunct them from interfering with the suit property. 12th November 2022

Accordingly, Second Appeal No. 37/2012 is directed to be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 2 nd January 2023.

Stay order granted, is extended till disposal of the second appeal.
