2. This is an application for modification of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.1.2023 while granting him bail.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he shall travel to his native place at Pune for attending Ganesh Festival from 7.9.2024 to 21.9.2024 as he is permitted by his employer to avail the leave during that period.

4. While granting bail on 23.1.2023, condition was imposed that the applicant shall not leave jurisdiction of this Court without expressed permission.

5. Accordingly, an application is filed giving reasons for the purpose of relaxing said conditions temporarily between 7.9.2024 to 21.9.2024.

6. The applicant has given his native address at Pune which is found in the cause title as well as in the body of the application.

7. Applicant could be permitted to travel to Pune to celebrate Festival from 7.9.2024 to 21.9.2024 with undertaking that he shall return and report to the Registrar (Judicial) since the appeal is pending before this Court. Applicant shall furnish his travel details to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 6.9.2024 of this month. He shall report to the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court on return from Pune and furnish compliance to that effect. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) only.

8. Application stands disposed of.
