Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned counsel.

The learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 waives service.

The short grievance of the petitioner in the above petition is essentially that the copy of the plan depicting the land acquired has not been furnished to the petitioner nor the inspection thereof was given to the petitioner by the respondent no.3.

Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General however points out that the respondent no.3 shall furnish a copy of such plan as well as the inspection thereof within three weeks from today in terms of the request in the letter dated 06.08.2017 at para

5. The learned Advocate General also points out that the date of inspection of such documents shall be intimated to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner within one week. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General, we find that the grievance of the petitioner stands worked out at this stage. Rule stands disposed off accordingly.
