The office has reported that all the proposed legal representatives of the respondent no.2 are served. However, none appears. The second respondent expired on 3/11/2016. The present application is filed on 8/8/2018. The learned counsel for the applicant however submits that as some of the legal representatives of the applicants respondent no.2 are already on record being 3(i),(ii),(iii),(iv), 4(i),(ii),(iii) 5 and 6, the limitation for bringing the legal representatives would be three years. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed as prayed. Necessary incorporation shall be carried out within a period of
