This is an application for modification of the condition no.5 as imposed on the applicant in the order dated 12/04/2018 in Criminal Application (bail) No.95/2018. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to attend the Investigating Agency once in every week on Monday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

2. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the part of condition no.5 requiring the applicant to attend the Investigating

CRMA/254/2018 Agency every week is recalled. The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when required.
