2. Mr Lotlikar submits that this revision challenges the Trial Court's order dismissing the applicants' application for rejection of the plaint under Order 7 Rule 11. However, on 05.01.2024, the plaintiff withdrew the suit and, hence, Mr Lotlikar fairly points out that the reliefs in this revision have been rendered infructuous.

3. Since the reliefs in the revision are rendered infructuous, the revision stands disposed of.
