By this petition, the petitioners challenge the order passed by the District Registrar, North dated 8 October 2014. By the impugned order the District Registrar has directed a Committee to investigate into the affairs of Goa Cricket Association, and into the complaint filed by a Life Member. 2.
In this petition, there is no stay to the impugned order. The impugned order states that the report should be submitted on or before 14 November 2014.

Mr. A. Prabhudessai, the learned Additional Government Advocate is not aware what is the status of the investigation as on date. Mr. Diniz also states that he has no further instructions in respect of proceeding with the matter. In any
case, all that the impugned order does is to investigate into the complaint. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioners, it will be open for them to challenge the same as per law. In view of this position the Writ Petition need not be kept pending and is accordingly disposed of.
