This is an application for withdrawal of 50% of the amount of compensation deposited before this Court.

2. The respondent no. 1 has filed a reply stating that the respondent no. 1 has no objection to permit withdrawal of 25% of the amount and if, withdrawal in excess of 25% of the amount is granted, the same may be permitted on a guarantee being furnished by the applicants.

3. The applicants are the parents of the deceased, who was unmarried. The respondent no. 1 has deposited an amount of

MCA/675/2018 Rs.14,51,811/- on 05.03.2018.

4. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, I find that it would be appropriate that the applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.4 lakhs, from the amount deposited before this Court. Ordered accordingly. The remaining amount shall continue to remain invested in a fixed deposit with a nationalized bank.

5. The civil application is disposed of.
