Heard the learned Additional Government Advocate for the applicants. None appears for the respondents, though served.

2. First Appeal No.78/1999 filed by the applicants has been dismissed on 20/2/2008 thereby confirming the order of the Reference Court. By this application, the applicants are seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited before this Court on the ground that the respondents are executing the award passed in Execution application no.53/2013 before the District Court at Margao. In such circumstances, the learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that alternatively, this Court may transfer the said amount lying before

MCA/619/2015 this Court along with the interest, if any, to the Executing Court, which shall deal with the same in accordance with law. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The office shall transfer the amount lying before this Court along with interest, if any, to the Executing Court, which shall deal with the same in accordance with law. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
