What is essentially sought by the Applicants is consolidation of different Suits pending before the Civil Judges and assign the same to one Civil Judge. All these suits have been filed in the Civil Courts in North Goa District. As per Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, such motion can be made to the District Court. It will, therefore, be appropriate that the application is made to the learned Principal District Judge, North Goa

2. The Application is, accordingly, disposed of, with liberty to the Applicants to move the learned Principal District Judge, who will consider the application as per law.
