2. The parties submit that the petition be disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Collector and S.D.O., Bicholim to dispose of the matter under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code within the fixed period.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the said Deputy Collector and S.D.O., Bicholim to dispose of the Case No. SDM/BICH/133CrPC/4/2014/1485 as

WPCR/102/2014 expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from 19.01.2015.

4. The petition stands disposed of.
