This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to the respondent, by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2018, in Criminal Application (Bail) No. 125/2018.
2. I have heard Shri Rivankar, the learned Public Prosecutor for the applicant and Shri De Sa, the learned Counsel for the respondent. Perused record.
3. The only contention raised on behalf of the applicant-State is that the respondent has misused the liberty, by interfering with one of the witnesses, who is residing in the neighbourhood of the site, where the alleged incident had happened.

4. Shri De Sa, the learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent as well as the co-accused are staying at Chandor, which is away from the place where the present prosecution witnesses are residing. He also submits that the respondent undertakes not to interfere or influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
5. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, I do not find that any case for cancellation of bail is made out. The application is hereby dismissed, subject however, to the condition that the applicant shall not influence or interfere with the prosecution witnesses in any manner. In the event, there is any such attempt to influence or interfere with the prosecution witnesses, the bail granted is liable to be cancelled. C. V. BHADANG, J.
