REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is a composite application to bring Legal Representatives of appellant no. 1(b) on record as well as to appoint appellant no. 1(b)(i) i.e. Mrs. Domina Fernandes E Vales as next friend of Legal Representatives of 1(b)(ii) and 1(b)(iii). The Advocate for the applicants has produced the Death certificate of the applicant on record. The Applicant, Menino Joaquim Vales died on 12th June, 2018. This application is filed on

9th August, 2018, and it is within limitation time. The application is supported by an affidavit of Shr Remedios F. L. Fernandes. This application is not signed by the proposed Legal Representatives but the Ld. Adv. T. Gawas submits that he is filing the Vakalatnama on behalf of the proposed Legal representatives. He states that the proposed Legal Representative i.e. 1(b)(i) is the natural guardian, i.e. mother of proposed Lrs of 1(b)(ii) and 1(b) (iii). So, considering his submission, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) to (D).

The applicant is permitted to bring the proposed LR's on record by carrying out necessary amendment within two weeks.
