So, the notices issued to them returned unserved. The aforesaid application is filed to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents by way of substituted service i.e. by way of publication in the local newspaper circulated in Portugal. The application is supported by an affidavit of applicant no.3. It reveals that notices to the aforesaid respondents will not serve by ordinary means. Hence the application is allowed.

Issue publication notice to the aforesaid respondents by way of substituted service i.e. by publishing it in the local daily newspapers circulated in Portugal. The Ld. Advocate for the applicant to collect the notice, get it published and file the affidavit of service alongwith newspaper.
