This is an application for discharge of surety and permission to withdraw the cash deposit of Rs.10,000/- along with interest accrued. The record shows that the matter was compounded and the petitioner was acquitted as per the order dated 28/02/2018 in Criminal Revision Application No.69/2017. In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the cash deposit of Rs.10,000/- along with interest, if any.
