1. Since the Award is passed by the MACT, the operation of the Award shall stand stayed on the Applicant depositing the entire awarded amount with interest. In the event of deposit being tendered, a calculation shall be placed on the Court file along with a copy to the Respondents as proof of the manner in which the calculation of deposit has been made.

It is made clear that there shall be no stay operating against the execution of the Award until the entire deposit is made.
