This an application for refund of the excess amount of Rs.74,776/- which was withdrawn by the respondents no.2 and 3.

2. The respondent nos. 2 and 3 have has deposited the said amount vide a cheque dated 31/10/2018 and the amount has been realized. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The amount deposited before this court shall be paid to the applicant.

3. The civil application is disposed off.
