Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.

2. The report from the Trial Court is awaited. However, considering the fact that the copy of the roznama is produced on record and further having regard to the fact that the only prayer is for expediting the Matrimonial Petition, which is filed as far back as in the year 2012, it is appropriate that the petition is decided as expeditiously as possible.

3. In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the Matrimonial Petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six
