2. Mr. Padgaonkar, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, on instructions, states that the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 are not desirous of pressing the application (Exhibit D-20), filed before the learned Trial Court. The statement so made is accepted.

3. In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 21.06.2019 is hereby set aside. Application (Exhibit D-20) is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

4. The learned Trial Court shall decide the application for temporary injunction as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of eight weeks from the receipt hereof. Parties to co-operate for time bound disposal of the application.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
