Hence, keeping the objections, if any, of the Respondent open, the application is allowed. The legal representatives of the deceased Appellant no. 1 are ordered to be brought on record.

3. Subject to the above, amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, undertakes to file Wakalatnama on behalf of the said legal representatives of the deceased Appellant no. 1.
