O R D E R

(i) The order dated 04.07.2016 stands recalled.

(ii) In view of the order passed recalling the order dated 04.07.2016, the notice dated 11.08.2016 issued by the Directorate of Fisheries, Panaji would not survive. (iii) Place the Writ Petition No 578 of 2016 for admission on 01.09.2016.
