Heard Mr. Joseph Vaz,learned Special Public Prosecutor for the applicant and Ms. C. Collassco, learned Advocate for the respondent.

2. This is an application for condoning the delay caused for filing an appeal.

3. Mr. Vaz, learned Special Public Prosecutor has argued that for filing an appeal Department has to move the file from officer to officer up to New Delhi and after the decision, the appeal is filed. Detail reasons are given at paragraph 10 of the application.

4. On perusal of the same, it appears that delay caused in filing the appeal is properly explained. Delay of 75 days caused for filing an appeal is hereby condoned.
