Te Appeal is already admitted. Te impugned Decree directs demolition of the Applicants' hut and the sulabh toilet. Accordingly, execution of the impugned Decree is hereby stayed, subject to the following conditions :

(A) Te Applicants should not change the status quo or put up any further constructions in the suit property; 15/06/23

23-CA-60-22.DOC (B) Te Applicants must deposit in this Court 1,000/- per ₹ month and 6,000/- after six months instead of depositing this ₹ amount every month.

(C) Te Applicants must place on record photographs of the hut and the sulabh toilet, so that there are no further encroachments or modifications.
