Registry to waive office objections and register the matter. 2.
On perusing the contents of the application, it is apparent that an error has crept into the order dated 09.07.2025. The order of 09.07.2025 had recorded that the Petitioner shall deposit the entire amount originally deposited by the acquiring department with it 6th August, 2025
31 MCA 208-2025 "along with accrued interest". It is now clarified that all the amounts deposited in the EDC under that particular acquisition, have been transferred to the acquiring department (originally Executive Engineer Works Division XVII (PHE-N) PWD Alto-Porvorim Goa, redesignated as Executive Engineer Works Division III DDW Sarvan Bicholim Goa). These amounts were transferred on 22.07.2025 and on 05.08.2025. These amounts are detailed at page 22 of the application for modification and at pages 46 and 47 of the affidavit dated 06.08.2025 filed by the Petitioner. The documents referred to therein are a letter dated 05.08.2025 and a statement of accounts. 3.
Considering all these facts, the order dated 09.07.2025 shall be corrected by deleting the words "along with accrued interest thereon" found in paragraph 1 at lines 10 and 11, by deleting the words "along with accrued interest" found in paragraph 1 at line 12 and by deleting the words "with accrued interest", found in paragraph 2 at lines 2 and 3 thereof. The corrected order may be uploaded after deletion of these words.
