The parties have amicably settled their dispute and the respondent no.2 has tendered a cheque for Rs.90,000/- in full and final settlement of the claim which is the subject matter of the dispute in the above petition.

2. Mr. Vengurlekar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further points out that the petitioner, upon instructions, does not desire to pursue the complaint filed before the respondent no.1 and as such seeks leave to withdraw the above petition. Hence, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
