Heard Mr. Noorani, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nadkarni, the learned Advocate General for the respondents no.1 to 4 and 6.

2. The challenge is to the findings recorded in the report dated 20/4/2014 and the directions contained in the application dated 8/6/2014 by the learned Assistant Registrar of Co operative Societies.

3. The learned Advocate General submits that in terms of Rule 114A

(5) of the The Goa Co operative Societies Rules 2003, it is the Registrar, who has to take the final decision. The learned Advocate General makes a statement that the Registrar would be hearing the petitioner before any final order is passed in the matter.

4. In view of the statement made, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate orders may be be passed in the matter.

5. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of subject to the statement made on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 4 and 6. C. V. BHADANG, J.
