Registry to waive oice objections and register the matter. 2.
It is reported by the learned Public Prosecutor that after this application for anticipatory bail has been iled, the charge-sheet bearing No.285/S/25/D dated 08.08.2025 has been iled before the JMFC, Mapusa. he matter is yet to be committed to the Sessions Court.

Considering that a charge-sheet has now been iled, there would be no point in considering this application and the appropriate Court would deal with the matter once the summons is issued to the applicant.

However, considering that till date the applicant has not subjected himself/joined investigation, the applicant is directed to report to the IO i.e. at the Women's Police Station, Panaji on 13.08.2025 at 11.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called upon by the IO by issuing a written notice to the applicant, 24 hrs. in advance.

Till the Sessions Court is seized of the matter, the applicant shall not leave the State of Goa without permission of the Sessions Court, Panaji and if he possesses a passport shall surrender the same to the IO. he applicant shall not contact or in any manner attempt to inluence the victim or tamper with any of the evidence or contact any of the witnesses named in the charge-sheet.

he applicant shall also disclose his phone number to the IO and keep his phone in working condition so that the IO may contact him whenever required. he applicant shall furnish to the IO a copy of his Aadhar Card.

It was submitted by the learned advocate for the victim that the victim was threatened by the brother of the applicant named Cyril Fernandes in the premises of the Sessions Court when an anticipatory bail application came to be heard on 15.07.2025. he Sessions Court has noted this in its order of 16.07.2025. he applicant shall ensure that such incidents shall not be repeated and shall further ensure that none of his family members shall come in contact with the victim or any other witnesses who are named in the charge-sheet.

he application stands disposed of with the above observations.
