2. This is an application for condonation of delay in bringing the legal representatives on record. The learned Counsel for the respondent/non-applicant, on instructions, states that she has no objection if, this application is allowed.

3. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The legal representatives as disclosed by this application be brought on record, within a period of two weeks. The petition be amended accordingly.
