In a contractual dispute, the appellant was directed to pay certain amounts to the respondents. Aggrieved, the appellant has filed an appeal and later this Second Appeal. Based on this Court's direction, on 21st September 2019 the appellant deposited ₹7,50,000/- with the Court's Registry.

2. The respondent No.1(a) wants to withdraw the amount for herself and also for the other respondents, who are said to have permitted her to do so.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Pending further adjudication of the Second Appeal, the Court allows the respondents to withdraw ₹3,00,000/- from the amount the

mca no.1026 of 2019 appellant has deposited. That withdrawal must be after the Respondent No.1(a) providing a third-party security, besides the usual undertaking. The Misc. Civil Application, accordingly, stands disposed of. DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, J.
