The learned Advocate General placed on record the order dated 30th January,2018 issued by the Deputy Collector, SDO and SDM, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa indicating therein that the impugned unauthorised construction will be demolished tomorrow i.e. on 31st January, 2018.

2. In view of the aforesaid order, we dispose of this petition,

WP/747/2017 however, with a liberty to the petitioner to seek revival, if the demolition is not carried out.
