By Order dated 17 July 2017 the First Appeal is already admitted.

2. Perused the application. Subject to deposit of the entire amount as directed in the impugned Judgment and Award in this Court within a period of Eight weeks from today, the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29 April 2015 passed by the Adhoc District Judge-1, (FTC)

CA/121/2017 Panaji in Land Acquisition No.88 of 2008 shall remain stayed till the pendency of the First Appeal.

3. Liberty to the parties to apply for withdrawal of the amount within a period of twelve weeks after the deposit. If no application is made within a period of twelve weeks, the amount be invested in the Fixed Deposit of a Nationalised Bank.
