In pursuance of the order dated 17 August, 2022, passed by this Court (Sandeep K. Shinde,J), an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was already deposited and four weeks time was granted to deposit the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. The amount of Rs.1,50,000/- as directed was not deposited. Today, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- by way of pay order drawn in favour of the Registrar, High Court of Goa, be permitted to be deposited.

2. Considering the said order dated 17 August, 2022, the applicant is permitted to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the learned Registrar. Insofar as the balance amount of Rs.50,000/- as per 10th October, 2022

CRMA 69 of 2022 order dated 1 April 2022 is concerned, as a last chance, the applicant is permitted to deposit the same within three weeks from today. No further extension shall be granted..

3. Mr. Kamat, learned Counsel, who is representing the respondent is absent.

4. Parties are put to notice that once the deposit is being made, on the adjourned date of hearing, the proceedings shall be heard and an endeavor shall be made to pass appropriate orders.

5. Application stands disposed of.
