This is an application for speaking to minutes of the order which is apparent therefrom that the applicant had moved an application under M.C.A. No.12/2017 in the First Appeal No.51/2013 for the withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent and which came to be allowed by an order dated 24/03/2017. However, it is apparent from the records, more particularly,on a perusal of the order dated 24/03/2017 that though it came to be passed in M.C.A.No.12/2017 the same was shown as being in the First Appeal No.10/2013 unlike the First Appeal No.51/2013. This has caused inconvenience to the applicant to pursue his application for the withdrawal of the

MCA/719/2017 amount in the Registry. In view thereof, the cause title be read in First Appeal No.51/2013 instead of the First Appeal No.10/2013.
