Heard Mr. Nigel Costa Frias, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondent.

2. It is pointed out by Mr. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General that by letter dated 29/05/2015 the request for regularisation has been rejected and the review application filed to such order has also been rejected by the concerned authority. But, the learned Advocate General submits that however the show cause notice has not been disposed of. The learned Advocate General submits that the said show cause notice shall be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of two months. Statement made by the learned Advocate
