Shri Menezes, the learned Counsel for the applicants states that the number of First Appeal is wrongly mentioned as 223/2009 instead of 232/2009. The learned Counsel states that the amount in First Appeal No.232/2009 is already disbursed. Therefore, nothing survives in the application. Only to set the record straight, The applicants want to correct the number of First Appeal No.232/2009.
