This is an application by the applicants, who are the legal representatives of the sole appellant Shalini V. Palekar for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and for bringing the applicants on record as legal representatives.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the first respondent. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent no.2 although served.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary incorporation to be carried out within one week.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants shall produce on record a copy of the amended appeal memo, a copy of which shall be served on the learned Government Advocate.

5. The civil application is disposed off.
