The learned Advocate General places on record circular dated 13.03.2023 and order dated 10.03.2023 extending certain financial benefits to the Petitioners.

Ms Agni, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners, based on instructions from the Petitioners, states that the circular and the order suitably redress all the Petitioners' grievances. 3.

The learned Advocate General states that the financial benefits will be granted to the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible and not later than four months from today. Accordingly, by accepting this statement 10th April 2023
