1. Miscellaneous Civil Application seek condonation of the delay of 30 days in filing the application seeking leave to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.2 in the wake of his demise. Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant who has marked his

appearance online.

2. On the perusal of the application which is accompanied with the Death Certificate. It is in these circumstances that the legal heirs of the deceased are sought to be brought on record. Miscellaneous Civil Application No.227 of 2025 is taken out for correction of the cause title of the Appeal to correctly describe the name of Respondent No.2 as the Death Certificate has described the name of Respondent No.2 as Shyam Babuso Satarkar whereas, in the Second Appeal he is referred to as, 'Sham Rama Sattarker'.

3. Since the learned Counsel for the Applicant categorically state that this is not a disputed question as the Respondent No.1 is the brother of Respondent No.2, and he is described as "Gajanan Babuso Sattarkar" and the relationship is not in dispute, I deem it appropriate to grant this application by permitting to carry out the necessary correction in the title cause of the proceedings wherever the Respondent No.2's name had appeared.

4. Similarly, Miscellaneous Civil Application No.226 of 2025 is also allowed by permitting his legal heirs to be brought on record by carrying out the necessary amendment within a period of two weeks. Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondents by making it returnable on 21.11.2025.

Miscellaneous Civil Applications No.226 of 2025 and 227 of 2025 stand disposed of.
