2. This revision is directed against the Registrarâ€TMs order dated 01.09.2023 refusing registration on the ground of failure to clear office objections within time.

3. The circumstances in which the office objections could not be cleared within the prescribed period have been explained in the revision application. The explanation is satisfactory and deserves to be accepted. Besides, Mr Mulgaonkar points out that genuine difficulties that were faced have now been substantially redressed and for this a separate Misc. Civil Application is also filed before the Court. 17th July, 2025

CRA 25 of 2023 Therefore, on cumulative consideration of the above factors, Registrar's order dated 01.09.2023 is set aside and the Appeal From Order is restored to the file of this Court.

4. The Civil Revision Application No.25/2023 in Appeal From Order No.1514/2022(F) is allowed.
