2. The Applicant has today tendered a deposit of Rs.1,75,00,000/- . The amount is tendered in the form of Demand Draft. The same shall be deposited in the Registry. Registry to accept the same. The application has been filed for extension of time to deposit the additional amount within one month from today.

3. On the Demand Draft for the Amount of Rs.1,75,00,000/- being 1st August, 2025

MCA 201 of 2025 realised in the account of the Registry, the Registry shall transfer the said amount of Rs.1,75,00,000/- in the Account of the Respondent, the details of which are given below:

4. The amount shall be transferred within one week from realisation of Demand Draft. Considering that the Applicants have deposited an amount of Rs.1,75,00,000/- today the time to deposit the balance amount stands to be extended till 05.09.2025. The interim order passed on 07.02.205 shall continue in operation till further orders.

5. The calculations of the amounts due may be filed by the Petitioner.
