Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

2. Since the order impugned is interlocutory, no revision would lie as per Section 397(2) of Cr.P.C.

3. Nevertheless, this petition can be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court and move fresh application in accordance with law.

4. The learned Trial Court shall, after giving opportunity to the

CRIR/38/2019 respondent decide and dispose of the application within a week from the date of making such application by the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
