Heard the Applicant in person and Mr. De Sa for the Respondents.

2. After hearing the Applicant for some time, he now suggests that costs which are awarded by the first Appellate Court be diverted to either Goa State Legal Services Authority or to the High Court 12th September, 2024

WPCR 55 of 2024 Advocates Bar Library. He submits that he is ready and willing to pay the costs of Rs.3,000/- to the High Court Advocates Bar Library.

3. The observations of the learned Trial Court in paragraph 17 of the impugned order are restricted only to the Application filed under Section 340 of Cr.P.C.

4. With these contentions and the fact that the Applicant is also ready and willing to deposit the costs with the High Court Advocates Bar Library, the Criminal Writ Petition along with the Miscellaneous Application stand disposed of. The costs of Rs.3,000/- shall be deposited with the High Court Advocates Bar Library.
