Heard Mr. S. R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor for the applicant.

2. Despite due service none appeared for the respondent.

3. This is an application by the State for condoning the delay of 56 days which occurred in filing revision application. It is submitted that delay has occurred mainly due to seeking opinion from the Director of Prosecution. The Director of prosecution by its letter No.2-8-2019-DP/Rev.F.No.01/01 dated 1.4.2019 has given its opinion. It is submitted that the application for getting certified copy was applied on the day of impugned order itself

CRMA/210/2019 which was ready on 6.3.2019 and was delivered on the same day.

4. The another reason as indicated in paragraph 4 of the application is that since file was sent to the Department of law for its opinion there was some delay in procedural aspect. File was thereafter sent to the Office of Accounts, State of Goa.

5. It appears that delay was not malafide or intentional, as such delay is condoned. Let the revision application be registered.

6. Application stands disposed of.
