2. Petition challenges rejection of the Petitioner's tender by communication dated 20 October 2010. By detailed order, interim relief was refused. Almost 8 years have passed since then.

3. The tender was for the the work of setting up "Goa Pavilion" at the India International Trade Fair between 14 to 27 October 2010. It is obvious that nothing survives in this petition and the
