The learned Counsel for the parties hand in the consent terms, which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

2. The consent terms have been signed by Mr. Dipak Kamat, the Power of Attorney Holder and the son of the petitioner and Mr. Menino Aguiar, the respondent. Mr. Dipak Kamat as well as Mr. Menino Aguiar are present in the Court and they say that they have signed the consent terms, after understanding their scope and import. Both of them say that they are satisfied with what is recorded in the consent terms. Consent terms have been signed by the respective Advocates, who are identified by the parties. There are no reasons to believe that the consent terms are in any manner unlawful and otherwise prohibited by law.

WP/820/2010 Accordingly, the consent terms are taken on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of in accordance with the consent terms. The undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

4. All concerned to act on basis of the authenticated copy of the order.
