2. During the course of hearing of the above petition, it was pointed out by Shri J. Lobo, learned Advocate for the respondent nos.1 to 4 that in the meanwhile Civil Suit filed by the petitioner has been disposed off by Judgment dated 7.11.2016. The order impugned is an interlocutory order passed during the course of such suit. As the suit itself has been disposed off, the above Writ Petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 18.7.2016, if so advised, alongwith the challenge to the said judgment passed by the learned Judge in the suit before the Appellate Court.
