Heard Mr. Ryan Menezes, learned Counsel for the applicant. Mr. Mahesh Amonkar, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent waives service and has no objection in granting the prayer.

The applicant be released pending the hearing of the appeal on the following terms:

(i) The applicant be released on furnishing a fresh PR bond in the sum of ₹20,000/-, to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, with one one surety in the like amount.

crma no.197 of 2019 (ii) The applicant shall not leave India without seeking prior permission of this Court.

(ii) The applicant shall surrender her passport, if any, with the respondent.
